Terms of Service for Lyne

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lyne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lyne is a daily drawing and life visualization app that allows you to:

• Create one drawing per day
• View your drawings in day, month, year, and life overview modes
• Track important life moments
• Visualize your life progress based on your birthdate

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Options

• Monthly: Recurring monthly subscription
• Yearly: Recurring annual subscription (discounted)

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the drawings you create in Lyne. Your drawings remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Lyne and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Lyne is a journaling tool and is not intended to provide medical or psychological advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany/European Union.
